Rainbow Dash - WIP

Let me start of by saying: wow, I love this!!!!!
The colours look good together and give one a sense of a holiday at the beach.

I love how only her face is clear, with the rest being wisps of colour. Having her hair such a bright colour in contrast with the pastel tones of the rest of the piece. And the effects used were very nice. It was clearly not random, but planned out.
In saying that, I think the colouring on her shirt could have been more even and 'inside the lines' as it were.
The shading that you made was really good, both on her and in the background.

I see a lot of photos of people posed like that, but yours stands out because of the wisps. (Not really sure what to call them, so...) The piece had a big impact because it did not conform to the norms, both colour wise and 'same technique in whole piece' wise.
