I've been sharing a lot of Kickstarter related goodies recently due to Christopher Dean's upcoming epic game, but I wanted to take a minute to talk about another fantastic campaign project in the works by another artist friend of mine - Tavarsia, by the brilliant Charlotte Sandmæl, which is about to see its third volume!

Tavarsia is a ongoing print and web comic which started as part of an MA graduation project and has gone from strength to strength since, featuring a host of brilliant, well-crafted characters struggling to save the magical parallel to the mundane world.

The art is sumptuous throughout and truly original and well worth the funding, but the story pulls you along as well - and all three volumes are available in print and PDF for this limited time. The campaign is already funded, too, which means anything from now until completion simply adds to the quality of the final rewards and there's no risk involved with pledging as the author and artist has completed several print runs before.

You can find the Kickstarter and more details about the comic at
It finishes within the next 48 hours so if you want to get in, get in fast! The comic is available online at tavarsia.com/
I Love The Corps! Gauntlet Punch
Artwork for the awesome RPG I Love the CorpsChristopher Dean's amazing new tabletop roleplaying game! A Marine Corps soldier punching out a member of the rebel faction, a propaganda image.

Expect more of these to come after the KS campaign, and if you're interested in space, action, horror, comedy or tabletop gaming, go ahead and pledge to help it along.

I Love The Corps! Mirror Image

Artwork for the awesome RPG I Love the Corps; something softer, more psychological horror, less gung-ho action. The game is flexible enough to shine at both and I wanted to reflect that by changing up the art style and focus a little too.  here's that roleplaying game I've been working on!

I can safely say I have never seen nor heard of a game of I Love the Corps that was anything less than perfection. Check out the link and see if this Epic Marine Corps Action is up your alley!

Some of you may know this, but one reason I've had to be so absent from the site is that I was working flat out on illustration projects - including a *truly awesome* tabletop RPG which has just launched on KickStarter as of yesterday!

I Love The Corps is a massive three-volume roleplaying system of sci-fi horror, action and black comedy, comprising of over seven years' constant work, refinement and playtesting, and it's been lovingly crafted by a close friend of mine who I really want to see succeed. I can't suggest this game enough. It's one of the slickest, simplest and most entertaining systems I've ever played and I have never seen a session received with anything less than massive enthusiasm!

But don't just take my word for it; check out the KickStarter campaign itself where creator Troll Chris goes into a lot more detail about the system and gameplay, and you can see tons of stunning art from all the other project contributors too:

Check out the link above and see if this Epic Marine Corps Action is up your alley!

And even more importantly, please SHARE! On Facebook, on reddit, on forums - the more geeks get to see it the more likely Troll Chris gets to see his hard work pay off, and the better the game gets due to massively increased levels of artwork and content. Which then lets me eat for the next few months-!

I LOVE THE CORPS!!
